The eConfidence System^TM is a functionally complete centralized system solution containing rules for protection of electronic documents (files) that can be integrated with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and corporate infrastructure for electronic exchange management (document-flow and e-mail messages). It is applicable in a growing and heterogenic IT environment. The implementation of the software system is based on the main functionalities for digital signature and cryptographic enciphering/deciphering. It is designed in compliance with all international standards, recommendations and best practices for PKI and crypto processing of electronic data, as well as with the Bulgarian legislation for electronic signature.

II. Design and implementation of IT systems

Plan C Ltd. offers design, development, implementation and maintenance of specialized information and management systems for different operating environment: Microsoft, UNIX/Linux. These systems are developed with the tools of .NET, C#, Java.

The information system eTran Manager overall encompass of processes, related to management of vehicle fleet. This is management information system, which combines administrative, technical and accounting-financial information.

eTran Manager is a corporate class software system, which addresses wide range of tasks in keeping up-to-date information about vehicles in use, drivers, insurances, roadworthiness tests, planned maintenance and repairs. Managed operational data includes information about course routes, traveling payments in the country and abroad, fuel and oil expenses, tires mileage and expenses, planned or accidental repairs expenses, incomes from the activity, as well as other generalized and analytical information. Various reports are supported.

The information system eTran Manager can be integrated with other information systems (billing system, GPS, ERP system …), which work in the company and her suppliers.
